Berachain is a high-performance EVM-identical Layer 1 blockchain turning liquidity into security, powered by Proof of Liquidity (PoL). PoL aligns incentives between liquidity and security across all stakeholders, driving unparalleled efficiency for users and builders while giving validators unprecedented control over network-wide economic incentives. Berachain uses our novel BeaconKit framework for building modular EVM blockchains, making Berachain the first blockchain beyond Ethereum to maintain full client diversity including EIP-4844, EIP-4788, and full SSZ Encoding, all while leveraging CometBFT to bring Single-Slot Finality to the table.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and evolve Berachain’s visual identity with graphics & illustrations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce compelling landing page designs & assets for digital that tell the Berachain story.

  • Lead the creation of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all external communications and platforms.

  • Drive brand awareness and customer loyalty through innovative design strategies and execution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in brand design, with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of work across digital (Core focus on landing page designs) and print media.

  • Strong illustration skills, able to create unique and engaging artwork that enhances brand storytelling and visual appeal.

  • Strong understanding of branding principles and storytelling through design.

  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and an understanding of the latest design trends.

  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable brand experiences.

Desirable Knowledge:

  • Experience in web3 or deFi.

  • A portfolio demonstrating successful entire brand transformations, revamps or launches.

  • Education in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools.
